Where we ship

Asia-Pacific export destinations

Every destination has its own import protocol, isolation period and paperwork. These are the lanes we work most often, with the arrival airports, the flight time and how far ahead to start on each.

FAQ

Choosing a destination

Can you ship to a country not listed here?

Yes. These are the lanes we run most often, not the limit of what we do. We also ship domestically across the United States and internationally to Europe, the Middle East and elsewhere. If your destination isn't listed, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right operator for it.

How do I know if my species is currently eligible?

Ask us and we'll check. Eligibility moves with protocol negotiations and disease status, and a lane that was open last year may be suspended now. Confirming current status is the first step of every feasibility review, and it's free.

Which destination should I choose?

Usually the destination chooses you — it's where the buyer, the farm or the racing calendar is. Where you do have a choice, the differences that matter are the lead time, whether post-arrival quarantine is mandatory, and whether the protocol for your species is currently open. Tell us the situation and we'll lay out the options.

Do you handle the destination end as well?

Our grooms handle the offload and assist with loading into trailers, and we coordinate post-arrival quarantine with agents at the receiving end. We stay involved through arrival rather than handing off at the departure airport.
