Privacy policy

This page describes, plainly, what happens to the information you give us through this site. Last updated September 2026.

Who this is

Flying Horse Services, 816 W. Naomi Ave, Unit 17, Arcadia, CA 91007. This policy covers only flyinghorseservices.com — the export business itself, not any third-party site we link to.

What we collect

Two forms on this site collect information directly from you, and nothing else on the site does.

The contact form (/contact)

Name, email, company (optional), an estimated arrival date and how firm it is (both optional), and whatever you write in the message.

The feasibility review form (/quote)

Everything above, plus what the shipment actually involves: species and headcount, origin and destination, import permit status, budget range, and your name, email, phone, country and role. None of it is optional beyond what the form itself marks optional — we ask for it because a feasibility review is genuinely not possible without it.

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are generated automatically by hosting infrastructure, the same as on any site. We don’t currently run any analytics or advertising tracker on this site.

What we do with it

Only to respond to you — to answer a question, or to prepare and send a feasibility review. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. If you tell us you’re a private individual rather than a company, we don’t publish or cite that anywhere.

Who sees it

Submitting either form sends what you wrote to Peter by email, using two service providers to do that:

  • Vercel hosts this site and its forms, and briefly logs each submission on its servers.
  • Resend delivers the email itself, from our own domain, to peter@flyinghorseservices.com.

Neither uses what you submit for anything of their own. We don’t use any other data processor, ad network or analytics vendor on this site.

Local storage on your device

The feasibility review form saves your answers to your own browser’s local storage as you go, step by step, so you don’t lose your place if you close the tab and come back. This never leaves your device unless you actually submit the form — it isn’t a cookie, isn’t sent to us, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as a normal small business keeps its email and business records — indefinitely, in the ordinary course of doing business — unless you ask us to delete yours.

Your choices

Email peter@flyinghorseservices.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll act on it directly — there’s no automated system to route the request through.

Changes

If what this site collects or how it’s used changes materially, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
